References

These are references I have used for this web site. No doubt more conclusive, better reasoned, or better written works have been published. I have made no effort to choose the best. I make no recommendations other than Brown and Carpelan (1971)!

I have not included links because they are a security risk to you and they die so easily. To find the journal articles I include here, I suggest you search for most or all of the exact title. Other than the books and photocopies, these references can be read online or downloaded without registration or payment although you may have to allow cookies. Some works display in your browser as text but can’t be viewed or downloaded as a pdf file. Oddly, not allowing javascript sometimes makes it easier to view an article than allowing javascript. Good luck!
